1 Priority Environmental Services is an insured environmental contractor providing Business, Professional and Pollution Environmental General Liability insurance, Business Auto coverage, Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability with “Additional Insured” endorsements and the following base limits:

• $10,000,000 General Liability Aggregate
• $4,000,000 Products-Completed Operations Aggregate
• $5,000,000 Contractors Pollution Each Pollution Condition Each Occurrence
• $5,000,000 Asbestos/Lead Abatement Pollution Each Occurrence
• $5,000,000 Mold/Microbial Pollution
• $5,000,000 Fungi Aggregate Sub-Limit (Claims Made)
• $1,000,000 Automobile Liability
• $10,000,000 Excess Liability Each Occurrence
• $5,000,000 Professional Liability General Aggregate
• Statutory Workers’ Compensation
• $1,000,000 Employers’ Liability Each Accident
• $1,000,000 Employers’ Liability Disease Each Employee

Increased limits and other changes including 30-day Notice of Cancellation are possible and are determined on a per-project basis. Please see certificates for specific coverage information.
