Project: Removal of rat dropping infested attic insulation and decontamination
The attic of a lavish and large apartment community clubhouse had been infestation with rats periodically for several years. Besides the nuisance of the sounds and odor, wiring was being chewed. 1 Priority performed the removal of several thousand square feet of blown in attic insulation, HEPA vacuumed and wipe down of all surfaces and applied disinfectants and deodorizers.

Project: Cleaning and Sanitizing of Pigeon feces for Attic Space of Luxury Hotel
A luxury hotel near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport had pigeons in the attic. 1 Priority removed all the insulation and debris from the hotel attics, HEPA vacuumed all surfaces, removed stained areas, applied disinfectant and placed screen in the openings where the birds had been entering. This work eliminated the smell, the noise of the pigeons, the damage they were causing, and made the space safe for service technicians to access.

Project: : Removal of crawl space soil infested with coffin flies, eggs and maggots
A rehabilitation hospital had a main sewage line break in the crawl space under their kitchen area. At some point after a drying company provided services, coffin flies started to hatch. The eggs and larva were in the dirt as far as 6” deep and files were thick in the air. The medical facility hired 1 Priority to remove several thousand square feet of crawl space dirt and decontaminate the area. This confined space work included a negative pressure containment to keep flies from migrating to other parts of the facility, the full removal of all effected soil, application of microbial agents and deodorizers. The final stage of the work was the application of pesticides by a licensed exterminator.
