1 Priority Environmental Services has safely performed thousands of decontaminations for area-specific jobs at schools, commercial and industrial plants and expansive facilities efficiently and with minimal disruption to operations.

Decontamination projects include:

• Biohazard clean-ups
• Staph infections
• Animal fecal matter

Decontamination of toxic chemicals and waste and other contaminants utilizing skilled technicians and the latest techniques including high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) negative air machines and HEPA filter vacuums, along with manual cleaning and efficient application of chemical agents.

1 Priority has the knowledge, experience, and resources to plan and manage environmental infection controls during construction activities at healthcare or other occupied facility and renovation construction projects. Our team members understand the Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) procedures to safely execute projects at construction, maintenance, renovation, demolition, or healthcare facility environments.

1 Priority’s team members have certifications and current safety training to safely manage the varying ICRA requirements at each facility, and we collaborate effectively with property owners and consultants to ensure that the work is executed efficiently and safely.

Our team members can provide consultation on ICRA procedures that include:

• Identification of work area containment, including location and design of construction barriers.
• Determine location of HEPA-filtered air filtration equipment and negative pressure methods.
• Routinely monitor pressure relationships and containment integrity.
• Evaluate protective rooms, including isolation rooms and operating rooms, to ensure that appropriate pressure relationships, air exchanges, and filtration efficiencies are maintained.
• Establish debris transfer and emergency routes.

1 Priority’s personnel are trained for Infection Control, universal precautions and HAZWOPER and required certifications per project. We can ensure that at least one 24-hour trained person will be on location during a project.
